General Terms of Use

Hosting Terms of Use

1.1: The email sending limit is 100 emails per hour. Teknorova.com may change the hourly sending limit.

1.2: Backups taken by the customer are stored on the server for 15 days and may be automatically removed by the system thereafter.

1.3: Packages cannot be used for purposes contrary to the concept of web hosting such as file sharing, file/data storage, download center, or backup space.

1.4: Packages cannot be used for bulk/spam email sending. Teknorova.com may restrict hourly sending when necessary.

1.5: The customer is responsible for backing up their data. Our company cannot be held responsible for any potential data loss.

1.6: The goodwill quota for backups is 5 GB. There is no backup guarantee for data exceeding 5 GB.

1.7: There is no 100% transfer guarantee for the free site migration service.

1.8: Unlimited features are based on good faith usage. The purpose is for our customers to use their packages within the framework of good faith without encountering any limits. Packages have a CPU limit application based on this principle. The monthly traffic usage control point is 50GB, and the goodwill disk usage control point is 10GB.

1.9: Unless otherwise specified in our packages, the CPU usage limit is 100% of one processor core. In certain packages, this rate can go up to 400%.

1.10: Unless otherwise specified in our hosting packages, the file count limit (inode limit) is 200,000.

1.11: In all hosting packages, alias (park/alias) domains can only be used for the mirror publication of the existing website. For uses other than website publication (e.g., email), Teknorova may suspend the relevant services without notice.

1.12: Addon/ Alias / Equal / Park domains used in hosting services can be used if the domain name service is registered in the user account. If domain names not belonging to the user or registered with a different company are used, the user must prove the right to use the domain name. Teknorova may suspend or remove these additional domain names from the hosting service if deemed necessary.

1.13: No additional functions can be provided outside the php functions provided on the control panel in the shared hosting infrastructure. Users wishing to install third-party modules on standard applications (e.g., WordPress, OpenCart) should check these functions before installing the applications.

1.14: Users receiving services from our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access rights.

1.15: The php functions exec, escapeshellarg, popen, and proc_open are not allowed to be used in our shared hosting infrastructure.

1.16: Teknorova.com may periodically monitor resource usage (CPU, file count/size, MySQL, MSSQL, Traffic, Disk usage, etc.) and ask the customer to reduce their resources. In cases where package limits or good faith usage principles are exceeded, the system may automatically limit, stop, redirect to a special page, or restrict the usage.

1.17: Teknorova.com may change IP, server, and infrastructure for active packages without notifying the user based on resource usage or server performance criteria.

1.18: The use of benefits such as promotions, discounts, free additional periods, etc., is specific to the company and the person unless otherwise specified. If the benefit is found to be used outside the specified rules through accounts created with different names, emails, or phone records, Teknorova may suspend the relevant account and service without notice and may request the payment of the difference from the user.

1.19: Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, Teknorova may suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice and block access to the accounts.

1.20: Teknorova.com reserves the right to terminate the service and refund at any time without giving a reason.

1.21: Teknorova.com reserves the right to change the hosting packages and the terms affecting these packages, as well as all other elements.

Domain Names Not Allowed to be Registered/Transferred

Domain names that do not comply with the items listed below are not allowed to be registered, transferred, or hosted on our servers. Domain names that do not comply with these rules may be deleted without prior warning.

2.1: Domain names that do not comply with Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combatting Crimes Committed Through These Publications

2.2: Commercial bank names (e.g., garantisube, ypkrdsube, akbanksube, etc.)

2.3: Credit card/payment point names (e.g., kartode, faturaode, etc.)

2.4: Names referencing various online games (e.g., Metin2, mt2, etc.)

Content Not Allowed to be Hosted

The hosting of the following sites/content on our servers is not allowed.

3.1: Content that does not comply with Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combatting Crimes Committed Through These Publications

3.2: Toplist Sites

3.3: IRC Scripts/Bots

3.4: IRCD (IRC Servers)

3.5: Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers

3.6: Content that could lead to phishing

3.7: Image Scripts (e.g., Photobucket or Tinypic)

3.8: Auto Surf/PTC/PTS/PPC Sites

3.9: IP Scanners

3.10: Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications

3.11: Email Bombers/Spam Scripts

3.12: Banner Rotation Networks (Commercial banner rotation sites)

3.13: File Hosting/Mirror Scripts (e.g., Rapidshare, Hotfile)

3.14: Commercial Audio/Radio Streaming Sites

3.15: Foreclosure/Bill of Exchange Sites

3.16: High-interest programs (HYIP) or related sites

3.17: Investment sites (FOREX, E-gold exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Schemes)

3.18: Card loading sites

3.19: Sale of government-controlled substances without the necessary permits

3.20: High-interest banking programs

3.21: Lottery/Gambling Sites

3.22: MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs

3.23: Hacker-focused sites/archives/programs

3.24: Sites promoting illegal activities

3.25: Warez/piracy/illegal content distribution or linking forums or other websites

3.26: Bank bill of exchange and swap programs

3.27: Fake Sites (including but not limited to those listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)

3.28: Email marketing/sending sites like Mailer Pro

3.29: Email sending software by clicking a button

3.30: Live broadcasts of sporting events (e.g., UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc.)

3.31: Auto friend sending software

3.32: Anonymous or bulk SMS sending applications

3.33: Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency mining, exchange, trading sites

3.34: PayDay Loan sites (programs related to PayDay loans or loan partnerships)

3.35: Child pornography and other pornography

Any content that potentially harms children or minors, including child pornography, is strictly prohibited. Any website containing child pornography or links to it will be immediately taken offline without notice.

3.36: Running cron jobs shorter than 15 minutes on any web hosting or reseller account is prohibited

Policies

• Providing smooth and high-standard service to all our users is our top priority. The rules and limits mentioned in the package details are determined within this priority framework. Accordingly, the consumption of disk, traffic, CPU, and other resources that negatively affect our main system and the users sharing this system in any way is not allowed.
• All our individual and corporate users have the right to use a healthy email service. All measures we take, such as our zero-tolerance policy against spam, are to ensure the continuity of this service.
• We are aware that the data of our users may be valuable to them regardless of the service they have. However, we cannot know the exact value of this data. We expect our users to inform us if the value of this data is more than the monthly value of the hosting service fee. Therefore, we advise our users to regularly back up their sites to their computers, even if they have a backup service. We want every user to know that they are 100% responsible for backing up their data regardless of the service they receive. In case of possible data loss, we will be happy to share the backups we have taken against system errors with them if we have such backups.
• We would like to state that the control of our packages and the resources and limits they have are always based on the principle of good faith usage, and all transactions are carried out with this principle in mind.
• Insulting or exhibiting rude behavior towards any of our employees will result in the suspension/termination of your account/service(s). In such a case, your membership will be terminated, and the contract will be canceled without any refund.
