Backup Agreement
Hosting and Reseller Services

We take automatic server backups every 3 days for our Hosting and Reseller services. However, these backups are taken for potential system failures. Customers are responsible for taking their own backups, although our company may share these backups with customers as a goodwill gesture at our discretion.

In the event of issues arising from hardware or software on Hosting, Reseller, and SEO Reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for their own backups. Our company is not liable under any circumstances.

Backups are valid for sites that do not exceed 5 GB. Sites over 5 GB are not covered by our backup policy, and our company cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise on these sites. Customers are responsible for taking their own backups.
Virtual Server Services

We take weekly server backups for our VPS and VDS services. However, these backups are taken for potential system failures. Our company may share these backups with customers as a goodwill gesture at our discretion.

If the customer has not purchased a paid backup service, our company will not accept any responsibility.
Physical Server Services

For rented or hosted physical servers, no paid or free backups are taken.

All backup responsibility belongs to the user renting or hosting the server. Our company will not accept any responsibility in the event of a problem.
Accounts with overdue payments by 7 days are deleted from the servers. As a result, backups of accounts with overdue payments that are deleted from the servers cannot be requested after the service period ends. Our company cannot be held responsible for any potential losses resulting from this.
